History of the company's development
2013 Start of work in Ukraine
We are starting to operate on the Ukrainian market as a development company "Prime Business Group" — a crisis manager working with unfinished business. One of the first projects is an elite residential complex, the construction of which was frozen by the previous developer for 5 years
2015 Residential complex Paris
In just 2 years, we completed, put into operation and occupied the facility on French Boulevard. It was called the "Paris" housing complex. 191 investors got their apartment near the sea.
2016 Urban studies
Our team decides to create its own projects. To implement the first of them, we are engaging leading urban planning experts with a world name, among whom is the famous Cees Donkers. One of the important infrastructural concepts is being developed by the group of Ukrainian architects and urban planners "Agents of Change".
2017 Artville residential town
We have a ready-made ARTVILLE residential town project. 22 houses with multifunctional smart infrastructure. 0.6 ha of the territory is set aside for its own park with workout zones, an amphitheater, a mini-football field, children's and sports grounds.
2018 Zezman Group of Companies
We are rebranding and becoming a ZEZMAN group of companies. This is a more accurate identification of us as a business, because we already perform a full range of development functions — from design to management of finished real estate.
2018 Comfort class town
2 years after the start of the project, we put the first ARTVILLE houses into operation. We continue to actively develop the infrastructure of the town and district.
2019 Awards
The uniqueness of ARTVILLE was recognized with the "Star of the Confederation" award from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine in 2018 and 2019
2020 KEKS RESIDENTIAL CITY
KEKS is a low-cost format residential town. Here you choose the equipment of your apartment yourself: rough repair, clean repair or ready to use — repair, furniture and appliances. Every four houses of the residential town form closed green yards with the possibility of urban gardening.
2020 Urban Market
We are starting a large infrastructure project — Urban Market. It completes the capsule park with open terraces. On several levels, there is a commercial, educational, sports and entertainment infrastructure.
2020 APARTMENTS WITH TERRACE
We continue to search for a new level of comfortable living and design apartments with terraces above the Urban Market. Such housing is a symbol of freedom of action and self-expression.
2021 PARTICIPANT OF THE UN GLOBAL AGREEMENT
ZEZMAN Holding becomes one of the first developers in Ukraine to become a member of the UN Global Compact. We implement the Sustainable Development Goals in all our projects.
2022 European Property Award
The Urban Market project receives the European Property Award in the Mixed-use development category.
2023 Proptech 2023
Digitization of ZEZMAN projects was awarded the PropTech 2023 award from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine in the direction of innovations in the real estate sector.
2024 Innovative City Services Solutions
The nomination recognizes not only technical innovation, but also the ability of organizations to cooperate with the community, implement new approaches to solving old problems, and create a sustainable, safe and comfortable urban environment for all residents.
